A very fine and rare Box Lyre Clock
In excellent condition Attributed to Curtis & Dunning, Burlington VT CA 1821-32. Original dial with minor flaking, open loop "Curtis style" hands, original works and mahogany case with old/original very thin finish. |

The carvings are excellently done
and are very crisp since the case has never been sanded/refinished. The glass in the throat and the tablet have been replaced. |

The brass finial is a replacement
